We would like to take this time to apologize to our readers and followers for taking so long in between posts! We have had so many life changing situations going on in our lives and we would like to take this time to catch you up!

London Eye

In the past year we have been to London twice, three times in the last eighteen months. We were able to catch Harry Potter and The Cursed Child for a second time and it was just as spell binding as the first time we saw it! We visited Harrods and the London Eye. We went back to Warner Brother’s Studio Tour London, which is one of our favorite spots. One of the coolest moments was when we were on the See London by Night Tour, and bus sang Happy Birthday to our friend Andy who was with us.┬áThe last night of our trip we went to the O2 to see Katy Perry. It was magical.

A couple of weeks after our last London adventure we fly to New York. Karli was able to get Pit tickets to Harry Styles at the sold out Madison Square Garden show. We only stayed in the Big Apple for three days, but we were able to hit up the American Museum of Natural History and the 911 Memorial Museum.

But despite all of this fun travel, it was not the most major thing that happened! As many of you know I have been an elementary teacher for the twelve years. This April, Karli and opened K&K’s Wizard Cafe in Nederland, Texas. It has a host of Harry Potter memorabilia and serves snacks. We host birthday and private parties, as well as special events. This summer we ran a sold out Wizard Summer Camp for ages 5-12 for five weeks. We also host adult craft events. I took a leap of faith and resigned at the end of the school year to dedicate myself full time to the cafe as well as our travel business.

We will be focusing on the Cafe and putting together group travel opportunities for our clients. We have already arranged our first group travel. It will be a London/Harry Potter Group Travel in June 2019. Our next post will detail the specifics of that trip. All our future group trips as well as the Cafe events can be found at: Facebook.com/kkwizardcafe

Look for our Group Travel post soon with all the London Group Travel details!!
